Pet Brand Launches Search for Britain's Best Barking Baker
Pet product company, Pointer, is on the hunt for Britain's Best Barking Baker, as Channel 4's iconic Great British Bake Off returns to our screens this autumn. Helping dog lovers across the UK have some fun with their pooch, Pointer's winner will be crowned at the beginning of December.
This exciting nationwide challenge invites dog owners and food enthusiasts to channel their inner baker and re-create Pointer's delicious dog-friendly recipes at home.
Participants can download the exclusive recipes from the company's website and showcase their culinary creations on Instagram, tagging @PointerPetProducts and using the hashtag #
#PointerBarkOff for a chance to win incredible prizes and be crowned Britain's Best Barking Baker!
The recipes include dog-friendly variations of cupcakes, breads, biscuits, crumbles, pancakes and more. There's even a pooch-certified rocky road!
Expertly created by Pointer's pet food experts and dog behaviouralists, the recipes are safe for pooches and were even tested and declared 'definitely delicious' by a handful of four-legged tasting experts.
How to take part:
1. Visit Pointer's website and download the recipes for free
2. Recreate the recipe at home with your four-legged friend's approval!
3. Post a photo or video of your baking masterpiece on Instagram
4. Tag @PointerPetProducts and use #PointerBarkOff in your post
The competition will run from 23rd September to the beginning of December, with winners announced shortly thereafter on social media. The most creative and appealing entries will be in with a chance to win fantastic prizes including toys and plenty of treats!
